Add Contacts
How to Access
Leadsnavi provides three convenient options for adding Contacts, so you can choose the one that best fits your workflow: Click 【+Add Contacts】first
Three Ways to Add Contacts

💡 Tip: Once contacts are imported, you can immediately assign Tags, create Tasks, or start your outreach process.
Contact Details
Click “Details” on any contact card to view:
- Basic information (Name, Email, Company, Job Title, etc.)
- Email interaction history
- Related Events and Tasks
- Assigned Tags
Create and Manage Tags
After importing your leads, Tags help you organize and segment them efficiently for better targeting and workflow clarity.
Create Tags
- Go to the Tag Management section located at the top right corner of the left sidebar.
- Click the “+” button to create a new tag.
- Enter the tag name and confirm.
Use Tags
- Add or remove tags directly from contact cards or the Tag Management panel.
- You can categorize tags by different dimensions, such as customer type, source channel, or follow-up priority.
💡 Tip: Tags allow you to quickly filter, segment, and locate specific groups of contacts — making your outreach more focused and efficient.
Filter Contact Status
Leadsnavi also lets you manage your contact list by filtering based on status, keeping your database clean and actionable.
- Active – Currently active or being followed up
- Hidden – Hidden from view but still retained in records
- Deleted – Removed contacts that can be restored within a certain period
💡 Tip: Combine Status filters with Tags for precise audience segmentation — for example, showing only active leads tagged as “high priority.”
Events
Overview
The Events module acts as your real-time activity console, showing everything the system or AI is doing — or has already completed.
Interface Description
- The top section displays ongoing events (In Progress)
- Completed events are automatically archived below for review
- The number shown on the Events tab represents the count of In Progress items
💡 Tip: When you import contacts, sync emails, or trigger automated actions, you can track their execution and completion here in Events.
Tasks
Overview
The Tasks module lists all items that require your confirmation.These are usually partially automated actions initiated by AI that still need your manual approval or adjustment.
Interface Description
- Click Approve to directly execute a task
- Click Details to view more information and make changes before confirming
- Click Abort to cancel an import; a confirmation dialog will appear asking for the abort reason
- Once approved, the task will disappear from the list, and the execution result will be displayed in the Events module
