Importing Contacts via File Upload in LeadsNavi

You can easily import leads into your
Leadsnavi campaigns using the
Upload File method.
Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Step 1: Open “Add Contacts”
- On the Homepage, click Add Contacts.
- Leadsnavi supports three import methods:
- Manual
- Upload File
- Google Sheet
Step 2: Select Import Method
- Click the Add Contacts button.
- Choose Upload File to continue to the upload process.
Step 3: Upload Your File
- Drag and drop your file into the upload box, or click to select it from your computer.
- Once the file is ready, click Submit to import your contacts.
💡 Tip:
Make sure your file follows the required format (e.g., CSV with headers such as Name, Email, Company, etc.) to ensure accurate field mapping.
Step 4: Add Tags to Contacts
- After submitting, you can add tags to categorize your contacts (e.g., “Prospects,” “Customers,” “Partners”).
- Click Submit again to finalize the import process.
Step 5: Check Import Status
- Return to the Homepage.
- Check the Events panel on the right-hand side to view your contact import status.
