In Leadsnavi, after the system automatically schedules and sends outreach emails, you may receive replies from your target contacts. All email conversations with your contacts are centralized and displayed in the Contact Detail page, allowing you to easily review your communication history and follow up efficiently.

This feature is designed to help sales and marketing teams complete the entire communication loop—view, reply, and follow up—within a single page, eliminating the need to switch between external inboxes or tools and significantly improving productivity.

Contact Information

  • The left panel displays the essential details of the contact, including Honorific, Sex, Nationality, Email, and Location.
  • By reviewing this information, you can better understand the contact’s background and adjust your tone and message accordingly, creating more personalized and humanized communication.

Email Conversation Management & Quick Reply

  • The center panel displays your entire email exchange history with the contact.
  • All emails are organized in chronological order, allowing you to quickly understand the communication flow and context.
  • At the bottom of the page, you can compose and send replies directly in the input box without leaving the current page, ensuring a seamless workflow.

Events and Tasks (Events / Tasks)

  • The right panel displays all system-generated events and manual tasks related to the contact—such as email sending records, AI operation logs, or pending follow-up reminders—helping you track overall communication progress while managing responses.
