To integrate your AliMail Enterprise Mailbox with LeadsNavi, you need to enable third-party client access, allow POP3/IMAP/SMTP services for employees, and generate a dedicated security password. These configurations ensure a secure and stable email connection between AliMail and LeadsNavi.
Before starting, make sure you:nable Third-Party Client Login Security in the Admin Console.enerate a Third-Party Client Security Password for authentication.

- Have administrator access to your AliMail Enterprise Mailbox.
- Enable Third-Party Client Login Security in the Admin Console.
- Allow POP3, IMAP, and SMTP access for all relevant employee accounts.
- Generate a Third-Party Client Security Password for authentication.
Once all settings are applied, log in to your LeadsNavi account, go to Accounts, and enter your AliMail credentials. LeadsNavi will automatically detect your SMTP and IMAP configurations to complete the connection.
1. Access the AliMail Enterprise Mailbox Client
Log in to your AliMail Enterprise Mailbox Client on your computer using an administrator account. Ensure you have the proper permissions to manage user settings.
2. Navigate to Account Security Strategy
From the Account Security Strategy(https://qiye.aliyun.com/admin/),locate and click on Third-party Client Login Security, Then select Allow third-party clients.
3. Enable Employees to Use Third-Party Client Security Passwords
- From the DEPTs & Users section,locate and click on Employee Accounts.
- In the employee’s Other settings, under POP3 Service / IMAP Service / SMTP Service, select Allow.
4. Generate a AliMail Password
- Go to the Alibaba Mail account that needs to be bound (https://qiye.aliyun.com/alimail).
- From Account Security, locate and click on Third-Party Client Login Security Management.
- Enable Third-Party Client Security Password.
- Click Generate New Password to create the Password.
5. Wait for Propagation and Connect to LeadsNavi
- Allow up to 1 hour for the settings to take effect. This delay ensures the authentication protocols are fully activated.
- For Onboarding Users: If you are still in the onboarding process, simply enter your email address and follow the guided steps to complete the setup.
- For Adding Additional Accounts: If you wish to add another email account, navigate to the Accounts section in your LeadsNavi account. Follow the instructions there to bind your new email account. You can refer to the image below for guidance.
- After the waiting period, log in to your LeadsNavi account, navigate to Accounts, and enter your email credentials. Leadsnavi will automatically detect the enabled SMTP and IMAP settings to complete the binding process.
