How to connect Zoho Business Mail to LeadsNavi
To connect your Zoho Mail account with LeadsNavi, you’ll need to enable Two-Factor Authentication (TFA), activate IMAP access for employees, and generate a dedicated application password. These steps ensure secure and stable communication between Zoho Mail and LeadsNavi via SMTP and IMAP protocols.
Before starting, make sure you:nable TFA for your organization.enerate an Application-Specific Password (instead of your normal login password).
- Have admin access to your Zoho Mail Control Panel.
- Enable TFA for your organization.
- Turn on IMAP access for each employee mailbox.
- Generate an Application-Specific Password (instead of your normal login password).
Once these steps are completed, log in to LeadsNavi, open the Account Binding page, and enter your Zoho Mail credentials. LeadsNavi will automatically detect and apply your SMTP and IMAP settings.
Manage Employee Permissions
- Access the admin dashboard
- Manage Employee IMAP Access
- Go to Users and select the employee you wish to manage.
- Click Mailbox Settings, then click Mailbox Actions. Locate IMAP Access and select Enable
Generate the dedicated password
- Access the Account Management Page
- Click your Profile.
- Go to the home page and click My Account.
- Generate a Zohoo Mail Password
- Click Security, then click Application Passwords.
- Enter Application-Specific Passwords
- Click Generate New Password
- Enter the App Name, click Generate to create the password
6. Wait for Propagation and Connect to LeadsNavi
- Allow up to 1 hour for the settings to take effect. This delay ensures the authentication protocols are fully activated.
- For Onboarding Users: If you are still in the onboarding process, simply enter your email address and follow the guided steps to complete the setup.
- For Adding Additional Accounts: If you wish to add another email account, navigate to the Accounts section in your LeadsNavi account. Follow the instructions there to bind your new email account. You can refer to the image below for guidance.
- After the waiting period, log in to your LeadsNavi account, navigate to Accounts, and enter your email credentials. Leadsnavi will automatically detect the enabled SMTP and IMAP settings to complete the binding process.
