This guide explains how to connect your Feishu Enterprise Mailbox to Leadsnavi. You’ll enable third-party client access in the Feishu Admin Console, generate a secure app password, and configure SMTP and IMAP protocols for seamless email integration. Once your settings are saved, allow up to one hour for propagation before completing the connection in Leadsnavi. This ensures all authentication protocols are fully activated for secure email synchronization.
1. Access the Feishu Admin Console
Log in to your Feishu Admin Console on your computer using an administrator account. Ensure you have the proper permissions to manage user settings.
2. Navigate to Feishu Admin Console
- From the Email Management Tools(https://wcnivmb6qfzf.feishu.cn/admin/index),locate and click on User Function Permissions,
- Select Allow third-party clients.
3. Check Permission Management Status
- Click Edit to modify the management status.
- Set the status to On to enable permissions.
- Choose Entire organization to apply the setting to all members, or select Set range to define a specific scope.
4. Generate a Feishu Enterprise Mailbox Password
- Go to the Feishu Enterprise Mailbox App, and click Settings.
- In the mailbox settings panel, select Third-Party Email Client Login, then click Set Up Now.
5. Create a New Password
- Click Select device.
- Click Generate to create a new Password.
6. Wait for Propagation and Connect to LeadsNavi
- Allow up to 1 hour for the settings to take effect. This delay ensures the authentication protocols are fully activated.
- For Onboarding Users: If you are still in the onboarding process, simply enter your email address and follow the guided steps to complete the setup.
- For Adding Additional Accounts: If you wish to add another email account, navigate to the Accounts section in your LeadsNavi account. Follow the instructions there to bind your new email account. You can refer to the image below for guidance.
- After the waiting period, log in to your LeadsNavi account, navigate to Accounts, and enter your email credentials. Leadsnavi will automatically detect the enabled SMTP and IMAP settings to complete the binding process.
