To link your Google Workspace email with LeadsNavi, you’ll need to enable 2-Step Verification and create an App Password for secure authentication. This setup ensures that LeadsNavi can safely send and receive emails through your Google account using SMTP and IMAP protocols.

Before starting, make sure you:nable 2-Step Verification for all relevant users.Once complete, you can log in to LeadsNavi, fill out the account binding page, and connect your Google email account.

- Have administrator access to your Google Workspace.
- Enable 2-Step Verification for all relevant users.
- Generate an App Password (not your regular email password).
1. Access the Google Workspace
Log in to your Google Workspace on your computer using an administrator account. Ensure you have the proper permissions to manage user settings.
2. Log in to the Admin Console
- Admin Console URL: admin.google.com
- On the Admin Console homepage, locate the left-hand navigation panel
- Click Security, then click Authentication, then click 2-step verification
3. Turn on the 2-Step Verification
- Click to enable Allow users to enable two-step verification
- Check the box to activate it
- Log in with your account credentials
- Go to the page to create and manage your App Passwords
- Create an app password
- Enter the Device Name
- Click Create to generate the password
4. Wait for Propagation and Connect to LeadsNavi
- Allow up to 1 hour for the settings to take effect. This delay ensures the authentication protocols are fully activated.
- For Onboarding Users: If you are still in the onboarding process, simply enter your email address and follow the guided steps to complete the setup.
- For Adding Additional Accounts: If you wish to add another email account, navigate to the Accounts section in your LeadsNavi account. Follow the instructions there to bind your new email account. You can refer to the image below for guidance.
- After the waiting period, log in to your LeadsNavi account, navigate to Accounts, and enter your email credentials. Leadsnavi will automatically detect the enabled SMTP and IMAP settings to complete the binding process.
