1. Log in and turn on 2-Step Verification
Visit: Enable 2-Step Verification
Click “Turn on 2-Step Verification” and complete the setup process.
2. Generate a Google App Password
Go to: Create App Password
- In the App passwords page, you can name this password "**Leadsnavi**" or any other name, it doesn't matter.
- Click Create
- Copy your generated App Password (that's the one you'll use to connect the account to Leadsnavi).

3. Wait for Propagation and Connect to LeadsNavi
- Allow up to 1 hour for the settings to take effect. This delay ensures the authentication protocols are fully activated.
- For Onboarding Users: If you are still in the onboarding process, simply enter your email address and follow the guided steps to complete the setup.
- For Adding Additional Accounts: If you wish to add another email account, navigate to the Accounts section in your LeadsNavi account. Follow the instructions there to bind your new email account. You can refer to the image below for guidance.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Email (your Gmail address)
- Password→ Paste the App Password you just generated
