Connecting Godaddy Mail to LeadsNavi
This guide walks you through connecting your GoDaddy email account to Leadsnavi. You’ll log in with an administrator account, manage account security settings, and authorize Leadsnavi to access your mailbox using SMTP and IMAP. The process ensures secure synchronization for sending and receiving emails directly from Leadsnavi. Please allow up to one hour for authentication settings to fully propagate before completing the connection.
Log in to your GoDaddy Email on your computer using an administrator account. Ensure you have the proper permissions to manage user settings.
- Navigate to Account Security Strategy
- From the homepage, go to My Products.
- then click on Email & Office.
3. Manage Accounts and Passwords
- Click on the user you want to manage. From here, you can view mailbox information and reset the password if needed.
4. Wait for Propagation and Connect to LeadsNavi
- Allow up to 1 hour for the settings to take effect. This delay ensures the authentication protocols are fully activated
- For Onboarding Users: If you are still in the onboarding process, simply enter your email address and follow the guided steps to complete the setup.
- For Adding Additional Accounts: If you wish to add another email account, navigate to the Accounts section in your LeadsNavi account. Follow the instructions there to bind your new email account. You can refer to the image below for guidance.
- After the waiting period, log in to your LeadsNavi account, navigate to Accounts, and enter your email credentials. Leadsnavi will automatically detect the enabled SMTP and IMAP settings to complete the binding process.
